MAMEZOU HOLDINGS CO.,LTD., formerly MAMEZOU OS HOLDINGS CO., LTD., is a Japan-based information technology (IT) holding company. The Company has two business segments. The Information Services segment consists of three divisions. Its business solution division is engaged in the provision of development support services for system planning, development and operation. Engineering solution division provides consulting services for research and development departments of embedded software developers, such as consumer electronics and semiconductor manufacturers. Educational solution division is engaged in the provision of courses and training related to methodologies and technologies to companies. The Semiconductor segment is mainly engaged in the maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and the repair and sale of equipment components.
