INFOCOM CORP:Wholly owned subsidiary Infocom America Inc sold entire holding stake in its subsidiary SYSCOM (USA) INC., to president of SYSCOM (USA) INC, for $2,869,000, or about 340 mln yen, on Feb. 25.

INFOCOM CORP:Says the company lowered the consolidated mid-year outlook for the FY ending March 2015.Revenue forecast decreased to 18,690 million yen from 19,000 million yen.Operating profit forecast decreased to 590 million yen from 900 million yen.Ordinary profit forecast decreased to 610 million yen from 900 million yen.Net profit forecast decreased to 240 million yen from 400 million yen.Earnings per share decreased to 8.78 yen from 14.63 yen.Comments that decreased performance in first quarter is the main reason for the forecast.
