Imperial Logistics Limited, formerly Imperial Holdings Limited, is an African and European logistics provider. The Company operates through three divisions: Logistics South Africa, Logistics African Regions and Logistics International. Logistics South Africa division provides value-add logistics and supply chain management solutions in consumer packaged goods (CPG), chemicals and energy, mining and manufacturing, automotive and healthcare industries. South Africa's Motus Holdings, the auto dealership arm of transport group Imperial Holdings, will issue over 200 million shares when it lists in November, Motus said on Wednesday.
