Kungsleden AB is a Sweden-based company active in the real estate sector. It is engaged in the ownership and management of real estate properties. Its operations are divided into two segments, namely Commercial Properties and Public Properties. The Commercial Properties segment focuses mainly on industrial, warehouse, office and retail real estate. The Public Properties segment, which mainly consists of the 50% ownership of Hemso Fastighets AB, focuses on retirement homes, schools and preschools, as well as properties for the judicial system and properties for the public sector tenants. The property portfolio is concentrated on the three major city regions of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oresund, and Vasteras, west of Stockholm.
