Tyman PLC, formerly Lupus Capital PLC, is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company is an international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry. It operates through three segments, which include AmesburyTruth, ERA and Schlegel International. Its North American division operates as AmesburyTruth. AmesburyTruth segment is engaged in the manufacturing of window and door hardware components, extrusions and sealing systems. Its ERA segment comprises the United Kingdom and Ireland hardware business. The ERA segment is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and distribution of solutions for the residential building and home improvement markets. The Schlegel International segment comprises all of the Company's other businesses outside of the United States, Canada and Mexico, including over two the United Kingdom seal manufacturing plants. UK door and window component supplier Tyman Plc reported a 29.5 percent rise in full-year revenue and said it expects the US residential and commercial markets to be stronger in 2017.
UK housing products supplier Tyman Plc <TYMN.L> said demand softened around the time of the country's vote to leave the European Union and that it expected its markets in Britain and Ireland to be flat at best in 2017.
