to their government investigations, policy, lobbying and public
affairs groups in the run-up to the next political transition in
Steve Mastrovich has lived and breathed real estate capital
markets for decades - as a managing director with HSBC, JPMorgan
Chase and UBS, then as special counsel with Clifford Chance, and
since last month, as counsel with Dentons in Boston.

tapped Latham & Watkins to advise on its $35 billion all-stock

Concho Resources Inc, which turned to Sullivan & Cromwell for
advice on the $9.7 billion deal.
