Australia shares set to rise; NZ up

Australian shares are poised to open higher on Monday as investor sentiment improves on signs of thawing U.S.-China trade tensions. Local share price index futures rose 17 points to 5,739, a 8.4-point premium to the underlying S&P/ASX 200 index close. The benchmark ended marginally lower on Friday. Box Office: 'Fantastic Beasts 2' Charms With $62 Million Debut

LOS ANGELES, Nov 18 (Variety.com) - "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" enchanted moviegoers with a debut of $62 million. While that's slightly lower than the start of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," the first installment in the "Harry Potter" spinoff series, it was easily enough to dominate the weekend box office.
