ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Japanese Cabinet Secretariat Advisor Isao Iijima arrived in Pyongyang on Tuesday (May 14), North Korean state media said. A video filmed by the North's official news agency KCNA for Reuters showed Iijima getting out of a plane accompanied by a delegation and being welcomed by an unidentified North Korean official. Japan's Kyodo agency said the purpose of the visit is yet unclear. Iijima was the executive secretary for Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi for five years and he was involved in the summit between Japan and North Korea on 2002.
