ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) A series of portraits of Britain's Queen Elizabeth, taken by the celebrated photographer Annie Leibovitz, were released to mark the monarch's 90th birthday on Thursday (April 21). The first in the series of three photographs shows the Queen walking with four of her dogs in the grounds of Windsor Castle. In the second portrait, taken in the Green Drawing Room, part of the castle's semi-State apartments, the Queen is joined by her five great-grandchildren and her two youngest grandchildren. The third portrait in the sequence is of the Queen with her daughter Anne, the Princess Royal, taken in the White Drawing Room at Windsor Castle. On Thursday the Queen will celebrate her 90th by going on a walkabout in Windsor to meet well-wishers who are expected to line the streets. Queen Elizabeth is Britain's longest-serving monarch after she overtook her great-great-grandmother Queen Victoria in September last year. Her official birthday day is marked in June, with a service of thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey, the Trooping The Colour parade and this year, a giant street party on the Mall in front of Buckingham Palace for representatives of all the charities the Queen supports
