NATURAL ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) South Korean conservative protesters held an anti-North Korea rally in Seoul on Saturday after Pyongyang conducted its fifth and biggest nuclear test the day before. Protesters burnt an effigy of 32-year-old third-generation leader Kim Jong Un and chanted anti-North Korean slogans in response to the blast. Under Kim, North Korea has sped up development of its nuclear and missile programmes, despite U.N. sanctions. It says it has now mastered the ability to mount a warhead on a ballistic missile. The U.S. has said it will work with partners to impose new sanctions, and has called on China to use its influence - as North Korea's main ally - to pressure Pyongyang to end its nuclear programme.
