ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Memorial services are taking place in and around Brussels on Wednesday (22 March) to mark a year since Islamic State suicide bombers killed 32 people in the Belgium capital. Dignitaries including Belgium King Philippe attended a ceremony at Brussels Zaventem airport, timed to the moment the bombers struck. Mourners have gathered at other key locations around the city to pay their respects. The March 22 bloodshed in Brussels hit Zaventem airport and a metro train, four months after bombings and shootings in Paris that killed 130 people.
