ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Members of the ISS Expedition 51-52, Russian cosmonaut Fyodor Yurchikhin and NASA astronaut Jack Fischer, took part in final tests in Star City, near Moscow, on Friday (March 31) ahead of an April launch. The Soyuz MS-04 spacecraft will carry two men instead of three as it usually was. Russia's space agency Roskosmos made a decision to reduce the Russian crew aboard the ISS as of 2017 to save funds. After a technical delay, a liftoff of Soyuz spacecraft was re-scheduled for April 20.
