ROUGH CUT. NO REPORTER NARRATION. Kenya's Supreme Court said on Friday (September 1) the country's August 8 Presidential election was "invalid, null and void". The opposition originally brought the case to court alleging that the results from the election were false, saying that results from more than a third of polling stations were fatally flawed and have requested a re-run. The Court ruled the country will head back to the polls within the next 60 days.
