(ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION) The leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, the so-called BRICS nations, arrived at the summit in Xiamen, China on Monday (September 4). Economic ties, such as the massive infrastructure investment project 'One Belt, One Road', are set to top the agenda at the three-day gathering in Xiamen, China which began on Sunday (September 3). Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, who met on the sidelines of a BRICS summit in China, also agreed to "appropriately deal" with North Korea's nuclear test on Sunday, China's official Xinhua news agency reported. As North Korea's main ally, China said it strongly condemned the nuclear test, North Korea's sixth and most powerful yet, and urged Pyongyang to stop its "wrong" actions.
