(ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION) UK Brexit minister David Davis said on Tuesday (November 21) that reaching a deal with the European Union was the most likely outcome of the ongoing talks. But he said the British goverment was also prepared for a no-deal outcome. Both sides have spoken of their frustration at the lack of progress in the negotiations so far, although Davis claimed talks had made real and tangible progress. Britain wants to move on to discussions over its future trade relationship with the EU. But Brussels says that can't happen until London reaches agreement on its financial obligations to the bloc.
