General Motors joins U.S. climate action partnership

(Reuters) - General Motors Corp. said it will join the United States Climate Action Partnership that has representatives from key sectors of the economy and non-government organizations.

GM said it is the first automaker to support the non-partisan group, which aims to stop and reverse the growth of greenhouse gas emissions.
