NY regulator subpoenas BofA for list of who got bonuses
NEW YORK Feb 26 (Reuters) - The New York Attorney General's office has subpoenaed Bank of America (BAC.N) to submit a list of employees who got bonuses and the amounts that the employees received, a spokesman for the New York Attorney General said on Thursday.
The attorney general is "severely disappointed" in Bank of America's decision not to turn over information on bonuses and has served the bank with a subpoena to obtain the information, said a special assistant to the New York Attorney General.
Bank of America Chief Executive Ken Lewis, who left New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's office after testifying, said "I answered all the questions to the best of my knowledge."
