(Reuters) - Yemenis celebrated Monday what many hope will be a new era without President Ali Abdullah Saleh, now recuperating in Saudi Arabia after an operation to remove shrapnel from his chest the previous day.

But the struggle for Yemen's future could be bloody as Saleh's family members remain in key political, security and economic positions.
