DUBAI (Reuters) - Iran condemned on Thursday as "organised terrorism" an offensive by Israel against Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip.

"Iran considers the criminal act of Israeli military forces in killing civilians as organised terrorism and strongly condemns it," Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said, according to the semi-official Fars news agency.

The spokesman also criticised what he called "the silence of international organizations claiming to defend human rights," following the strikes.

Israel killed the military commander of Hamas on Wednesday in an air strike on Gaza and threatened an invasion of the enclave.

The Islamist group retaliated on Thursday by firing dozens of rockets into southern Israel, killing three people.

Israel keeps playing a dirty game and hold usa presidents at ransom because of the powerful vote lobby. They systemically kill all leaders of Palestinian and have kept these people walled in in their home. Considering they are fighting to free their home and Israel having a powerful friend called America. I am sure you have heared of one mans terroist is the other mans freedom fighter. NOw Mr Obama coudl be brave and do something for the Palestenian people and make his own name honourable for as long as time. I know israel will try to stop him and defame him but If he looked at his half of African descent and try to carry on the struggle for humanity like the south African freedom he could force israel to stop this injustic and put the motion for an Palestenian state through the UN, then israel will know that borders are fixed and she cannot land grab and bring JEwish people from accross glob and demolish a palestenian home and replace it with someone like the forien minister of Israel. Where is he from???? Why is he in Israel and why should Israel stay jewish?? isnt this policy racist ? just because USA vetoes everythin

why should Israel bring people from other countries and demolish Palestinian homes and give it to Jewish people? isn’t this racist??and killing the leaders of Palestinian people is of course wrong even if they disagree with Israel. WEll does the leaders of Israel agree with Palestenian and should god forbit people take law to their own hand? what kind of diplomacy is this and what has happened to international law. Israel needs to follow the international law and respect the Palestenian people. WHy not accept them and stop this racist attitude towards the Palestine. Of course the MUslims who love the Palestenian people think it it terrrism to kill civilian people and drop bombs with drones and F16 jets.
