ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: A firework display to celebrate the 73rd birth anniversary of late leader Kim Jong Il lit up Pyongyang skyline as the clock ticked towards Monday (February 16). Anniversaries and birthdays are important milestones in the North Korean calendar. The April 15 birthday of founding president Kim Il Sung, the young Kim's grandfather, is the biggest holiday of the year and is marked with military parades, mass dances and performances. However, the age of the actual leader, Kim Jong Un, is apparently a state secret. This year, there were no celebrations or even a public mention of the event. He is believed to be 32, the world's youngest head of state. The United States expanded sanctions against North Korea late last month after blaming Pyongyang for a hacking attack
