Hopes of finding any survivors are fading, a day after a military transport plane crashed into the residential area of Medan. More than 140 people are dead. Officials say the Hercules crashed two minutes after take-off, carrying 122 people. Reports say the pilot had asked to return to the base because of technical problems. The plane's been in service for 50 years. Indonesia's had 10 fatal crashes that involved military or police aircraft over the last decade -- but the June 30 accident could be the deadliest yet. The president has ordered an investigation into the cause of the accident, and a review into the country's ageing air force fleet.
